1 I watched a movie called Super size and I learn how your body feel after 30 days of eating Mc Donalds.


"I watched the movie Super size me and it is about a man that’s eat Mc Donalds for breakfast, lunch, dinner for 30 days. He’s beginning weight was 84 kg and he had three doctors that he needed to go to once a week I think it was and see how much his weight was and stuff and his doctor said that he needed to go at least 5000 steps every day. After 3 weeks he started to feel bad and when he didn’t ate Mc Donalds he had headache but when he started to eat he was feeling better. After the 30 days he gained 11 kg. His feeling was depressed and exhausted nearly the whole time. His body fat from the start 11% and after 18%. His liver turned in to fat. His chance to get heart diseases expressed x2. In 30 days he had eat nearly 14 kg of sugar and 0.453592 kg every day. He had been eating 5 kg of fat after 30 days."

1 My speech was about to change the people to eat more healthy food

1 In my speech I talked about the connection between starving people and people that trash food.
"In some countries kids are starving but in some country for example in Sweden swedish people trash people for 124,000 of Yen every year."

Causation

1 In my speechI talked about diseases caused by unhealthy food for example heart diseases and diabetes.

"It is also good to eat balanced diet to avoid obesity, heart diseases and diabetes for example."

Perspective

1 People thinks different but I wanted to change them so they think the should eat healthy and drink healthy

Responsibility

1 The responsibility in my speech was this:
"2.6 million of children dies every year because of hunger and thirst and between 13 to 18 million people dies every year because of starving."

Reflection

1 I changed my speech and essay 3 times and changed very much.
